How do I know if I qualify for an Offer in Compromise?

Offer in Compromise feasibility is evaluated during Phase 1 – Study, after review of notices, compliance status, and preliminary financial information. Eligibility is not determined upfront or through self-service tools.

Do I need to be compliant before starting?

Not always, but compliance is often required as part of the resolution process. Timing and strategy depend on the specific circumstances of the case.
